Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoBridge AI Integration Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including enterprise customers, developers, and administrators.

Service Description

AutoBridge provides an AI-powered integration platform that enables organizations to connect, manage, and orchestrate data flows between enterprise applications and services.

Platform Features

Our Service includes API discovery, automated adapter generation, real-time monitoring, security management, and integration workflow tools designed for enterprise environments.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Implement strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensure all users in your organization comply with these Terms

Enterprise Accounts

Enterprise customers may designate administrators who can manage user access, configure integrations, and modify account settings on behalf of the organization.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting malicious code or conducting security attacks
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent platform security
  • Using the Service to compete with AutoBridge
  • Sharing account credentials or reselling access
  • Overloading our systems or interfering with other users

Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of data transmission.

Data Processing

Our AI algorithms may process your integration metadata to improve service functionality, but we maintain strict data isolation and do not use your business data to benefit other customers.

Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Pricing and plan details are available on our website and subject to change with notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your enterprise agreement.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits on API calls, integrations, and storage. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Generated Adapters

You own the integration adapters generated by our AI for your specific use case, but the underlying AI technology and platform remain our intellectual property.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by AutoBridge without compensation or attribution.

Third-Party Integrations

The Service enables connections to third-party applications and services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Third-Party Availability

We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of third-party services and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

API Changes

Third-party API changes may affect your integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.

Service Level Agreement

For enterprise customers, we provide service level commitments as detailed in your specific agreement. Standard SLA terms include:

Uptime Commitment

We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

Support Response Times

Support response times vary by plan level, from 24 hours for standard plans to 1 hour for enterprise critical issues.

Performance Standards

We maintain performance benchmarks for API response times and data processing speeds as outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Damage Caps

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoBridge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Mutual Indemnification

For enterprise customers, mutual indemnification terms may apply as specified in your service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you must stop using all AutoBridge materials.

Data Retention

Following termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.

Survival

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued Use

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
